1. Acceptance of these terms

Affiliate.Wiki (“we,” “us,” or the “Site”) is an editorial directory of affiliate offers, networks, and operator tools. By accessing or using the Site, signing up for a newsletter, submitting a listing, or purchasing advertising, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, stop using the Site.

If you’re using the Site on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site. Affiliate marketing content on Affiliate.Wiki addresses adult commercial activity and some listings cover verticals (iGaming, sweepstakes, dating, nutraceutical, financial products) with age and jurisdiction restrictions. You’re responsible for confirming any offer is legal for you to promote in your jurisdiction before acting on information we publish.

3. Accounts and newsletter signups

Some features require an email address — subscribing to newsletters, submitting an offer or tool, or requesting advertising. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your contact details current. You’re responsible for anything that happens under your email address. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Our content

The rankings, editorial copy, screenshots, data visualizations, logos we’ve drawn, and site design are either owned by Affiliate.Wiki or licensed to us. You may view, share, and cite short excerpts with attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not:

  • Scrape or bulk-download listings to republish on a competing directory, lead database, or AI training set.
  • Remove or obscure our branding, affiliate disclosures, or publication dates.
  • Reproduce our leaderboards, rankings, or “movers” data in a commercial product without a written license.

Trademarks and product names shown alongside listings belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site is nominative — it doesn’t imply endorsement of us or by us.

5. Offers, tools, and other submissions

When you submit an offer, tool, review, or other content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license to use, edit, translate, publish, and distribute it across the Site, newsletters, and social channels. You also grant other readers the right to view and share it under the rules in Section 4.

You warrant that:

  • You have the authority to submit the material and grant the license above.
  • Payouts, geo restrictions, and traffic-source rules described in your submission are accurate at time of submission.
  • The content doesn’t infringe anyone’s IP, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights.
  • The offer or tool complies with applicable advertising, consumer protection, gambling, financial services, and health regulations in the geos you’re targeting.

We review submissions before publication and may edit for clarity, decline them, or remove listings at our discretion — typically because terms were misrepresented, claims can’t be verified, or a vertical is currently paused on our platform.

6. Advertiser and sponsor terms

Sponsored placements — homepage takeovers, newsletter inclusions, managed campaigns, and category sponsorships — are sold separately via our ads team and are always labeled “Sponsored,” “Promoted,” or “Ad.” The advertiser IO (insertion order) we send after a booking governs those campaigns in addition to these Terms. In any conflict, the IO controls.

  • Creative must be provided at least 3 business days before the flight starts. We reserve the right to decline creative that violates our editorial standards or any platform policy we rely on for distribution.
  • Rates are net, due in the currency on the invoice, payable within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Paid placement does not influence our editorial rankings, review scores, or the order of organic leaderboards.

8. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

  • Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or extractors other than standard search indexers that respect our robots.txt.
  • Reverse engineer our ranking logic for the purpose of gaming it, including coordinated fake reviews or submission networks.
  • Submit offers for products that are illegal, fraudulent, or promoting self-harm, CSAM, or content that violates applicable law.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or networks connected to them.
  • Use Affiliate.Wiki to distribute malware, phishing pages, or cloaked destinations that differ from the landing page we approved.

9. Third-party sites and services

Every outbound link on Affiliate.Wiki leads to a third party — a network, advertiser, software vendor, or external publication. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, privacy practices, payout terms, or compliance behavior. Your use of a third-party site is governed by that site’s own terms.

10. Editorial disclaimers

Informational, not advisory.

Everything on Affiliate.Wiki is published for informational purposes. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, investment, medical, or compliance advice. Do your own diligence before running traffic to any offer or paying for any tool.

No earnings guarantee.

EPC, conversion rate, and payout figures we publish come from advertiser claims, network dashboards, and operator reports. Results vary wildly by traffic source, creative, and geo mix. We do not guarantee anyone will make money promoting any offer listed.

“As-is” provision.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliate.Wiki, its owners, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) USD $100.

12. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Affiliate.Wiki and its team from any claim, damages, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from (a) your submissions, (b) your breach of these Terms, (c) your violation of applicable law or a third party’s rights, or (d) traffic you drove that resulted in chargebacks, regulatory action, or advertiser disputes.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site, remove listings, or cancel ad campaigns at any time if we believe you’ve breached these Terms or put the Site, our audience, or our partners at risk. Sections that should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and governing law — will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflicts-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there. You and Affiliate.Wiki both waive the right to a jury trial. Nothing in this section prevents either side from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.

15. Changes to these terms

We update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top and, if the change is material, post a notice on the Site or email newsletter subscribers. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
